The LIME Foundation, in collaboration with NESSEL and Guangdong VESSEL Cultural Tourism Development Ltd (VESSEL), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a mini factory in Northern California. This groundbreaking partnership is set to provide vocational training programs and job opportunities for underserved youth while producing affordable, code-compliant housing.
The MOU details the creation of a mini factory for assembling NESSEL houses in Northern California. Under the guidance of Mr. Shuaibin Wang of VESSEL, the factory will be designed to ensure optimal efficiency and functionality. VESSEL will supply the necessary engineers and skilled personnel to establish the factory and train local individuals in the assembly process.
